Step 1: Choose a stylist
Pick the lane that matches what you want, then a stylist and a time. Not sure? Book a consultation.

Step 2: Bring what helps
Photos of hair you like, and of hair you don't. Tell us what your hair has been through.

- Hair you have in now, for braids

Step 3: Arrive a few minutes early
Park behind the building or on North Seventh Street. The front desk will point you to your stylist's chair.

Step 4: Talk first, then the chair
Your stylist looks at your hair, talks through the plan and the time it will take, and agrees the price with you before they start.
