Questions about color

Can dark hair go blonde in one visit?

It depends on your hair and its history. Often the plan has several steps, and your colorist says so at the consultation.

Do you cover gray?

Yes, with root color for gray or gray blending, which softens the line between your gray and your color. You choose at the consultation.

What if my color is from a box?

Tell us everything you remember. Your color history decides the plan, and some plans take more than one visit.
